Tengo un problema. He vendido mi Spark a un amigo y cuando se conecta a la aplicacion DJI Go, y lee el codigo QR, le reconoce el drone, pero no se le queda guardado en su cuenta. Siempre que entra en la aplicacion tiene que leer el codigo QR, por que no le aparace automaticamente.
Hay alguna solucion para este problema.

Hi, we're sorry for the inquiry. Scanning the QR code is not necessary for the mobile device to be connected on your DJI Spark. I would like to clarify if you're using a remote controller on your aircraft? You could connect the mobile device directly to the wi-fi of the aircraft and once the connection is successful the application should detect the spark and it should not ask you to scan the QR code. However, if you're using a remote controller, please ensure that the aircraft and remote controller are up to date when in terms of firmware update. Kindly link the RC to the aircraft then connect your mobile device to the wi-fi of your RC to see if that would help.
