I report this:
I tried at home (via WiFi and 4G), and nothing. It was really slow. and always failed.
I tried at office (always via wifi) and I worked very well.
At home I worked with automatic DNS (Italians ISP).
At office, I settled Google's DNS. And it worked.
Maybe could help someone else in the same situation.

Thanks for getting back to us. You may check the remaining capacity of the SD card and upgrade again, as it may fail if the capacity is less than 100 Mb. If the issue remains after several attempts, you may export the upgrade log for further analysis: SDcard--MISC/LOG/camera_log.log+gimbal_log.log, thanks!

Does anybody else have the problem since the firmware update that the OSMO POCLET stops recording after a while? Before the update I could record for as long as I wanted basically, but now it stops after a few minutes, after which I have to press record again and it will continue for even less and less time until it just won't record anymore and I have to turn it off. I haven't changed anything since the update and only record low quality 1080/25p, without any accessories. I formatted my microSD card, reset the camera settings and did a gimbal calibration, but the problem is still there. I have the feeling that the camera might get hotter than it did before the update.

Did you try more than one freshly-formatted micro SD card?

It sounds like it could be a problem where it's failing to write the data fast enough so it stops (which might be caused by heat). I'd try another card if you haven't already done that. I have had a few micro SD cards that stopped working correctly over the past couple of years.

There are a lot of fake/counterfeit micro SD cards out there that don't always perform as well as they should. It's good to try more than one card if you're having issues.

I updated the firmware and STILL, the stupid thing BEEPS every time you start it recording.  I am going to have to return it.  I can't have a video camera that BEEPS when I hit record, everyone looks over to see what the hell the beep was.  This is the most ridiculous feature on the planet.  Will it be fixed in the next week?  If not, I will return it.  A pity since it is otherwise a very cool thing, but the BEEP is a deal breaker for any professional or otherwise self-respecting amateur.

Would love to see a option to drift stop when panning (releasing the D-pad on the screen) instead of dead stop in the next fw update. If I dint mistaken this was possible on the first Osmo.

I can't update because my android connector has gone bad, gold contacts after 4 months of use, phone only charges, not connecting to Mimo Apps, can you suggest where to get replacement, extra?

Yes.. Same problem...
I have tried several recommended cards and still same problem.
Records for a couple of minutes max then automatically stops.
Then there is no recording light and if you swipe screen it says 'Do Not Operate While Shooting'.
If you try and swipe the screen in any direction then you get the error Do Not Operate While Shooting.
Press record and it does nothing.
You physically have to turn off and on the DJI OP to get it working again.
Then works perfectly for a few minutes then the same error..
Absolute Joke.
£330 for something that doesnt work correctly..

I have purchased 3 different memory cards over the past few weeks from Sainsburys where my wife works.
All formatted in the DJI OP..
All U3 A1 or U3 A2 and still the same problem.
2 out of the 3 are different makes and all are different storage sizes.

Not good when you pay £330 for a system and it doesnt work correctly..

Hi. I have issues with autofocus feature since i received update today. Object tracking is not working. It looses focus every time i start walking and makes video blurry. Tried resetting- but it doesn't help

In DJI Mimo I downloaded the new firmware for Osmo pocket. I use Osmo pocket with WiFi module.
After download I can’t install the new firmware. Pressing on „installation“ nothing happens.
I already deleted the app on my iPhone but this didn’t help.
Could someone help me?
