I had tried to charge up one of my mavic air battery and it never got charged. Red light appeared on the charging hub as well as when I click the button on the battery, no light shows up. I had used the battery 2 weeks before for the Mavic air. What to do ?

I had set warning at 30%, when the notification popped up, I landed it in the next 30 seconds.

I had contacted DJI regarding this issue and they didnt even care to consider the defect of their product. When I mentioned that their product did not last even a single year, they had told me that the battery only works for a limited cycles and goes dead after. In the end their only possible solution is to buy a new battery.

I live in UAE and the temprature does not drop much here for the battery to die. And this happened 3 weeks after my last use.

Either the hub is bust or the battery - I'm guessing you have more than one battery to have a hub - so do the other batteries cause it to turn red?
