It is not just my problem. If you look into the dji forum, everyone with the osmo olus has the same problem. I am sorry to say that tour reoly od the time taken technically is just a lame excuse. I have been hearing this since last year.
By the way, even Boeing could fix the 737 Max 8's MCAS system in two weeks. This is just adding the new devise into the wifi compatiable list.
By sending the unit will make no difference.
Do you people who contact the customers have knowledge or just write whatever you think?
