From January 19 I sell my mavic pro Platinum and bought a mavic 2 pro . After that on same phone that experience level and flight time etc works fine with Platinum, the new  mavic 2 pro until now doesn't update level and flight times.
So djigo 4 doesn't update experience lever after every synching data.

I have done all I read to dji forum only clear cache on sync because i m  afraid to loose all my days if past flights and one think that I am thinking to do is to uninstall and install again djigo4 but I don't know if makes it more issue for that.

So yes I had already logout and login to dji go4 app

Completely log out of your DJI account then log back in - that sometimes works.

From app I already logout then closed app restart phone opened app again insert my email and pass login . Same problem

I am  also suffering from the same issue and have tried the very same solutions to no avail.  I have also seen other posts about this.  Surely someone knows of a fix.

Only DJI  Can fix it. But ..........

I have same problem. But I not change drone. Just from a certain moment the experience and level of the pilot stopped growing. Sync flight record success...

Still no solution. No one listen or no one have an experience to answer me .
