I had a short holiday in the sea side town of Herne Bay. Two take aways from this trip, 1. I love this town it has such a hometown feel to it, 2. I do not envy you pilots that have to deal with British weather.

Every time there was a break in the rain I would get set up and then poof another downpour or the rain would stop but the winds coming in too strong from the north.

It wasn’t until the afternoon I was able to throw up the bird for a few minutes till the wind started picking up again. However, I had a great experience despite lack of air time.

Great job BH, I love the FPV effect at the start of the video, the light through the whole video was really good and makes the whole video very pleasing to watch, along with the great subject.

Living in northwest coast of Ireland I know where your coming from, but don’t be feeling to bad for us as at anytime of the day the extreme change in light works out very well for photography, it’s challenging but sometimes more than worth the effort .

I think that Italian meteorologists don't know what to foresee anymore, today they say sun instead it rains. It seems to be cold and snow in winter.

The unpredictable weather patterns are always a topic for us Brits, but when you get the right light and location together the results are great.

I think its a hidden gem. The folks there are quite lovely and you're right it does have a charm about it that will keep me coming back.
