Hello and good day. I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for reaching out. May I know if you are using a remote controller with a mobile device to check for the WiFi options if it will show? May I also know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please? In addition can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 application and see if the issue will still persist?
