Hi, we're sorry for the troubles that it caused. I would like to ask what error message did you receive during the firmware update? I would recommend uninstalling and re-installing the DJI assistant 2 to see if there will be changes. You could download the latest version of DJI Assistant 2 using this link: https://www.dji.com/mavic-2/info#downloads. Also, you may refer to the video below for updating the firmware using the DJI Assistant 2.

make sure you are using the right version of the mavic 2 assistant - note go to the mavic download page and get it from there - you want at least 2.0.8

Yep I am on 2.0.8. Tried on 2 PC … Controler can be updated easly without any problems. Drone can`t be updated and every time I got error on 75%.

did you connect your Mavic with a usb 2.0 or a usb 3.0 port on your pc? I had the same problem and for me it works only, when the mavic is connected to a usb 2.0 port!
