A new app is out courtesy of Simon Newton on his youtube channel to suit Apple and Android  users. Requires our input to succeed. Actually titled Drone Zones by Newcastle University UK.

Might I suggest you provide a link?  Might make it easier for people to take a look without having to go on a search.

I have downloaded and installed. I gather this is a truly user submission driven app as where I live shows nothing yet there are hundreds of cool ass places I have flown at - Its a good idea just needs a bit more places maybe manually added so the app does not look barren. I felt kinda like Mark Zuckerberg would have felt being the only guy on Facebook when he invented it

Since you appear to be the same kind of person I am - at least as far as collecting data, sites, etc., I watched a promotional video this morning from DJI - you may have seen it as well. They give a brief info about the SDK and the levels. Captured the names of some of the companies involved in software development for the Phantom. Don't know if they're exclusively for the P3 or Inspire or ??? But:
