Hello everyone, a couple of weeks ago I bought two batteries of the phantom 4 pro. At first both worked correctly but just yesterday I fly with a battery I found an error that says: "Could not authenticate the battery" and therefore does not allow me to fly with this battery. The drone and all the equipment has the latest firmware. How can I solve this error? Thanks in advanced.
