This is just a quick sneak peak of the skyrail. I've been trying to find a location to shoot this from and the time to shoot it. The other day the weather had finally broken and I knew if i didn’t get the clouds on the mountains now Id probably miss them for months as we are supposed to be in the dry season now. this was the perfect day with the gondalas heading up the side of the rain forest into the clouds. The place I took off from had a sign saying helicopters landing! But I think that’s left over from a nearby amusement park that is now closed, but all the same when i fired up the dji app it was telling me I was in a 160m height restricted area. I think DJI keep messing with the limits around airports and this location was also close to the airport flight path. So between that and the usual issues Ive been having with my Spark of it just falling from the sky i was really nervous about flying here. So it was just a quick take off pan round and land. As a side note, ive been using windows movie maker to edit the videos. Its not the greatest but my poor laptop is about having a nervous breakdown and can't handle the big editing software. I couldnt figure out why other peoples Spark videos were so crisp, but have just realised that saving the video in a youtube format really cut down the pixal rating. Since this was a short video I saved in full HD and wow so much better, its just again takes ages on this laptop. Now I want to go back and re edit the wallabies video, I was so disappointed with the quality of that one too. Looks like i'll be dropping more money on a new one very soon. 16gb ram here we come!

I love that people on this forum know the difference between your and you're.
I suppose it’s second grade knowledge, isn’t it? By the way, your video is very interesting and you’re constantly improving editing skills even with windows movie maker.16 gb is a great choice, hope I’ll do so soon

Thanks, yeah I guess like anything the more you do it the better you become. With the editing I learn a little bit more each time. If I had more confidence with the Spark that it wasn't going to drop from the sky on every flight I could focus on getting some really good footage.
I'm always impressed with English as a second language speakers and how well they do with written English. Mostly its native English speakers that are lazy or just ignorant that make all the written mistakes and your and you're is one of the most common.
Yep I'm hoping to go back and get even closer footage, I'm just a bit worried the operators are going to complain, so trying to decide if i should approach them, but then if they say no, I've sorta shot myself in the foot and can't shoot there again. The shot I got the other day is also just a one take fly by and I want to get some more creative ones before I edit them together.
