My I have recently purchased the Mavic Pro 2 and have taken it out a few times; however, today I was unable to connect my Samsung S9 to the controller, there for could not fly. I checked charging port with other cables and it was fine but when I use the DJI one right now it will not connect at all. Has anyone had this problem?  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Patrick0066, sorry for the troubles on connecting the RC, did you try the USB-A port beneath? For Android devices, please turn on "USB debugging." For Samsung devices, please ensure that the connection mode is set to Media (MTP) Camera (PTP) Mode.
If the RC is charged normally and the USB-A port also works fine, it could be the issue of the cable, please contact our support team www.dji.com/support for further assistance.
