Purchased my first 'proper' drone about 2 years ago which was a DJI Spark. I primarily purchased it for the active tracking, I thought I'd be able to have the drone autonomously record me and my partner during hikes in the country side using the active track feature. While active track is okay, it still requires too much monitoring and overriding to allow me to fly and forget. I recently saw some videos of the new active track in the Mavic Pro 2 and it seems a marked improvement.

Has anyone upgraded from Spark to the Pro 2? Any experiences to share with the active track?

Yes, via an Inspire 1 too - the M2P is a huge upgrade over the Spark

Alas, active track still requires a lot of monitoring though...

I originally upgraded from a Spark to a Mavic Pro....haven't upgraded to a Mavic 2....yet...

Spark ---> Mavic Air -- Mavic 2 Pro. Active track better on M2P but needs control (in my opinion)
