Hi,

I have multiple DJI drones Mavic, P4P and I2 and everytime I try to sync my flight records the syncing gets stuck at the 30% mark
Please advise if I have to apply any patches to my app

Do you want to sync the records with all AC´s at once? Try to sync 1 AC after the other AC and so on.

I just noticed this sync function when reviewing Flight Records in DJI Pilot. Where does it sync the records too?

Each UAV can sync via it's screen when controller and app are connected via wifi / cellular to your account. You can select 1 month, 6 months or all records - each time you sync your individual uav records. App's like Airdata can be set to auto sync your flight records to DJI Flight Records too.

I am trying to sync one at a time and other than the Mavic both the P4P and I2 get stuck at the 30% mark

Is the sync process stucking by all  models  or  one? Do you want to sync all logs or the latest events for each models only?

i have same issue with 95% stuck and then sync flight records failed, happened to dji go 4
if i check in synresult, this is what i get

if somebody has this issue and have to fix this, please tell me, because not all my sync records can be synchronized

The sync process unable to go beyond the 30% mark for the Phantom 4
Mavic I was able to reset the iphone and resync

in android, go to /internalstorage/DJI/dji.go.v4/FlightRecord/SyncResult
then you have all corresponding flight log based on your sync process


sorry i dont have iOS devices, maybe the location is same as android
