Updates don't do that.
You need to investigate recorded flight data to identify the cause of the issue.

You may refer to the image and link below for you to download it correctly. Also, may I ask if you receive any error message in the application when flying the aircraft? Please keep us posted. there is no image below i received no error message during flight or update sport mode works fine normal mode 5mph tops paid 1400.00 and now i find theres no support dont understand that either at least not on the web site

That was not the question I asked. If the aircraft is pointing into a low setting sun, it sees the sun as an obstacle and will not fly towards or away from it at anything but a slow speed.

As I told you in post #3, you need to look into your recorded flight data because the solution to your mystery is going to be hidden in there.

How do you figure that, genius?
He says his drone won't exceed 5 mph.
The maximum speed of a drone in Beginner Mode is restricted to around 15 mph.

I have same problem. But it appeared after I calibraten front sensors using assitant 2... temprorary fix - disable obstacle avoidance...

Flying with OA disabled would be a quick confirmation that the OA system is/isn't the problem.

Sport mode doesn't use OA so it would seem that the OA system is what was slowing things down.
Recalibrating the OA sensors would be an obvious place to start, if the sensors appear clean.

update i tried a refresh and recalibrating the OA sensors no help
so i downgraded using assistant 2 and all my problems went away  back to everything working as it should
