Hello,
I am planing to take my Inspire 1 on a trip with me and wanted to see if there was any issues with the case that comes with the Inspire 1 as carry on, on the major airlines.
It seems that the case might be technocracy 4 inches too wide.
According to most of the Major Airlines the allowed max carry on is on average 22x14x9 (ebags guide).
The Inspire case is 23x20x10, which is just over the carry on sizes.

Just looking for other peoples experiences with the case and traveling with in the US.
Thanks

There are many posts on this forum about that.  You might try to search them up.

The bottom line is that it's dependent on the airline and whether they notice you at the gate or not.  If you do get on, great.  If not, you will be forced to check an expensive piece of electronic gear in a less-than-adequate protective case.

I bought a case and check mine.

There have been lots of posts on this.  Try looking for some earlier posts, you may find the exact airlines that it will fit into the overhead storage etc.,

You can bring as many TB47s on board but you are limited to 2 x TB48s in your carryon.  This is the rules flying domestically in the USA.  Not sure outside the USA.

Since a few days ago in Europe the new guidelines for handluggage are : 55 x 40 x 20.
Before that every airline had it's own guidelines. Now they are the same for every country and company.
For batteries, I suggest you contact the company you are flying with. I'm guessing there will be differences between them.

Yes there are a lot of differences in the number of batteries you can carry on with different airlines. For instance, in the UK and any other country for a British Airways flight, they limit the number of sub 100W/hr batteries (I.e. TB47's) to 4 and sub 160W/hr batteries to 2. They don't make it clear if you can carry 4 TB47 AND 2 TB48's together though, although I read it as if you can.

Important to be aware of, particularly if you fly a route using different airlines or if your itinerary/carrier is likely to change.
