I received a replacement drone from DJI care refresh after crashed mine now when I connect to the DJI go 4 app it says I'm connected to aircraft but it does not update the flight log

Hi, thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you receive any error message in the DJI Go 4 application? Also, can you please try to sync all of your flight records in the app and try to uninstall and reinstall to see if the problem persists? Please keep us posted. Thank you!
