I've sent my DJI MAVIC AIR to DJI Singapore and they sent it in on my behalf.

Repair done and Fedex label created since 25 September 2019.

I have been waiting for full 3 weeks, I have a tracking number but it was not shipped out and Fedex didntpick up the package.

I want my drone back!
