Today i recieve my order. I update the ronin s (the application on my mac says that is not updated but the app says the correct firmware number)I calibrate the ronin s

I connect the cable from the focus motor to 12v/2a input on the ronin s
and the only think is working is the red blinking led

PLEASE help!
