Will the software be able to do Panoramic shots?  Rather than purchase a separate Go-Pro Pano Head, I believe that this could be easily accomplished within the current software.  Thoughts?

look up microsoft image composite editor. It's free and will analyse your video content and allow you to create a panorama from it. Simple to use.
