So my big question is what is the cost of these new 6s batteries?

I saw it on Ebay, Its 500 Dollar

Np if u find 4500Mah and 22.2v lip battery, it's cost about 100 dollar

Sounds like someone speculating on E-Bay  that there are some impatient folks that will buy it from him before it even has hit the market and make a big profit with it.

How do you know?

officially from DJI, and furthermore the flight timeas are as follows:

4500mAH battery: 18 minutes FLIGHT TIME

5700mAH battery: 22 minutes FLIGHT TIME

its officially from DJI

Eirlink is right, officially announced by DJI today.

That is true.  Dr Ferdinand Tao, aka Dr. Turbo announced on RCG on Sunday.

I preordered the Inspire 1 and had a similar question about this but in terms of release date. I would have liked to add a TB48 (5700 mah) battery to the order.

The batteries are now listed in the store, but it looks like it's not possible to order them yet.
