Hello. I have three problems:

"Dji rotate left and right downhill" -- do you mean the Phantom is yawing left and  right when you are descending?  From your video it looks like you're rapidly descending and that means you're falling into the unstable rotor wash air beneath the aircraft.  You can try adding a little right stick while you're descending (fly forward, backward, left or right so you're descending at an angle) or simply slow down your descent.

Have to recalibrated your compass in a good clear area?

As mentioned, fast decents are unstable, but wind makes it worse.  Probably a lot of wind near that rock face.

It's very difficult to apply throttle input without accidentally adding some yaw.  One thing I do to avoid this is control the throttle by rolling the base of the stick, without touching the stick.  This completely avoids inputting unintended yaw.

Also, those rocks might be effecting your GPS by blocking line of sight.

these problems do not happen only in these frames and almost every putt as a photograph, this video is just an example.
