I want to cancel my order, how does one cancel it

Just go to your order details and click 'Refund'.

I also want to cancel my order but there is no "Refund" button.  I tried using the chat feature on dji web store but that doesn't seem to work either.

I managed to get the chat feature to work and my order is in the process of being cancelled .... no worries
