Dji fly on galaxy s7: live view freezed

Hi

After initial set up of my mavic mini and remote controller with my android Samsung S7, everything work fine except the live view of camera on the sji fly app.

Fly command ar fine, video and photo well stored on memory card or can be reviewed playback on the ski fly app. But the live camera view is always freezed. If I change a parameter, the image is refreshed but still freezed.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall app on the phone but same result. Tried to put phone on flight mode, change the Wi-Fi channel but no result.
Is the Samsung galaxy s7 not compliant? Does it need an add-on for video codec?

galaxy s7 is official compatibel with the app: https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly
but a lot of other people with the s7 have the same problem  (look at other threads in the forum)

1. What is your firmware version and the APP version?
2. What is the OS version of your phone?
3. The serial number of your drone.
4. A short screen recording of the issue.
5. Flight logs under DJI Assistant 2 (https://www.dji.com/mavic-mini/downloads) Log Export--Save to local. Please upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and then post the link here.

Your assistance would be very important for us to locate the problem, thank you in advance.

Same problem with S9+ and Android 8.0. Serial number is 1WGDGAP212N83E., Czech republic, Fly More Combo EU version. Everything else looking good except live video transmission.

Just to be sure of your settings you should look at this site to see if anything is missing

Same issue. Before updating the firmware everything was ok, so it's a side effect of the first firmware update.

Same issue. Before 1.0.1 everything worked. Could provide you logs and more but I don't have my PC with me... but I think the problem should be easy to reproduce. Please fix this bug soonly, atm i cant use the Mavic Mini.

I found the issue, it's to do with the video transmission quality, it was increased during the last update and now causes issues. I was able to downgrade manually and it fixed the issue

Its very complicated, and there is no need to do it this way as i only did this for troubleshooting. Im sure DJI are already making the update and in should be out within next few days.

Hi everybody,

same issu as you are describing with my Samsung "galaxy" S7, Android 8.0.0 , Samsung Experience Version 9.0.

It does not even help activating the developeroption at settings by pressing 7 times buildnumber of phone to be able to configure the mini usb port always switching back charging the phone through remote controller.

Dear dji team would be great if you get that fixed.

I don't have any update in my S7 but I noticed that in the DJI Download Center page the link goes to a different version than the one I have...

Playstore is also the name given sometimes to the Google play.

On the DJI page shows the link to the app for IOS as App Store.

Sorry that I never used an iPhone before... wtf
