Hello and good day fire377. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your DJI Mavic 2 Zoom. Before this issue happened was there a hard landing or a crash that happened to the said drone and may I know the exact error message that is showing on the DJI Go 4 application? In addition can you please try to refresh the firmware of the said drone using the DJI Assistant to for us to be able to isolate the issue.
