Yeah I was surprised. It’s doesn’t weight much at all but it does a impressive job fighting back against strong winds

If the video was originally shot in 2.7k and wasn't converted to either 4k or 1080, yes the pixelated line at the very bottom is normal, at least for the moment.

In Youtube there are some "windtests" which are looking successfull. On the other side there are many reports of blow aways .... mmmhh. Ok, then there are 2 factors regarding blow aways and strong wind. You can generally fly in strong winds, but avoid getting into a situation where you need to use RTH. As I've heard, almost all blow aways are only caused by RTH. Or in short: flying in (strong) wind is ok, RTH in strong wind is a nogo.

I didn't notice until you pointed it out but it is there now that I watch it on a big screen . I was using a new video editor for the first time on the video (VideoPad Video Editor) Maybe it has some to do with the editor

I did Audio commentary for a longer more detail review but had trouble out of my normal editor ( Openshot)  reseached and tried a new  editor on this one but by the time i learned how to use the new video editor it was getting late and i wanted to post something sense i'd been work on this almost the whole day . so, this is it . quick and to the point . The flags flappin in wind and Mini circling without any trouble

I converted it to 2.7 45fps variable . is it a softwear issue or choosing the wrong config in a editor?

I'll have to test this out next windy day . I heard someone say it doesnt use max power in RTH , so sounds posible . I'll test it out asap.
Personal the only time i've ever used RTH on any drone it to test that it work s

It’s a software issue. For some reason in 2.7k there is a band of extra pixels 4 Pixels wide. Down converting or up converting to either 1080 or 4K should clip them out.

So here comes a question: if the wind is stronger enough to blow the drone  away and unable to fly back to home point, what will you do to save your drone?

I would recommend turn your camera down and take note of land marks and try to land in a safe place

It's a 250gr lightly built drone. It will never be as secure in high winds as heavier ones with more powerful motors.

Let me put it this way, I wouldnt take it over open water in anything but light winds.

I feel like it Defies Physics every time I fly it . It doesn't feel like nothing in your hand by flies really well. and the Camera is on pair with the Mavic air … almost

I used VideoPad for a while, but now i use Openshot which is free and so much better. Great footage though!!!
