Hi... purchased the NEW drone DEC 2019, when using the goggles, Im losing connection to the mobile device on the controller all the time... is this normal..?
No, that's not normal. I can usually get 1.5 miles before I get any connection issues. And the mobile device is cable connected to the controller, so that sounds like a bad cable or bad controller/goggle.
Yes that is normal. When using the mavic pro 2 or the zoom the range is limited. this has been discussed and debated, but we still do not have a fix. The main problem is that the goggles are on occusync and the Mavic pro 2/zoom are occusync 2.
