I will be traveling to various parts of Europe in 2 weeks starting with Paris than Brussels, Geneva, Munich & Venice. I currently have a DJI Mavic Pro 2 and was wondering if it's worth taking it there as based on my research I found lots of countries in Europe have various drone laws.

Why not? Check the laws, restrictions & requirements beforehand. You may or may not have to register your drone in advance.

Bring it.  Ive flown in many countries across Europe,  avoid taking off from busy places and you'll be fine,  however do not fly in Venice, they are really strict there and have large fines.
