I took it and went to charge it but it didn't work
What batteries should I buy to replace the damaged;

yes I found a battery thrown in the park in the trees,
and i want to replace the 2 batteries inside

Has it occured to you that someone probably thew it away because it did not work? In any event, you have all the information necessary in thje photo to buy replacement cells. That's if the cells are trhe problem. There is more to a battery pack than just the cells.

A quick Google search will tell you but did you try and find the owner instead of just taking it?

Tomorrow morning I'm going to get 2 batteries to replace them, now here in Greece it's midnight 1:10

First check if it’s less than 3V each cell, if yes, the bms should block itself... but try and please post results

Hey dude, you better watch the Mavic Mini battery upgrade video (Youtube) before buying anything. Because as far as I've learned, the battery don't work after cutting the voltage completely.

The youtuber said he will try to replace the 18650 batteries without cutting out the energy to the circuit next time. Anyway the point is; PCB of the battery is probably smart enough to understand that it's being disconnected, and locks itself after cutting the energy completely.

With the new firmware they say you can not replace the battery is blocked, with the old replace only with the supply of third-party voltage.
Replace or similar or better on the size of 18650, model Sony VTC6.

It looks like Mavic mini only gives anxiety to it's users ahahha

Myself wonders what the company would say if there battery design ends up on eBay for the fraction of the price.

I'm waiting on my mini been delivered and then let the fun begin.
Nikon was a little upset when cloned batteries ended up on eBay, they fought back with an firmware update which rendered all the clones useless, myself spent a night with the code to make em useful again.

There are two 783461 prismatic batteries in the mini 2 with an operating voltage of 3.85V and 4.4V max. when charging. I am thinking of replacing it with 18650 High Voltage, e.g. ICR 18650 D1 with a voltage of max. 4.35V +/- 0.05V. Operating voltage of 3,75V. The usual 18650 won't work, but these might be. Their capacity is 3000mAh and the weight is 48,5g, which probably exceeds 250g in total. But the capacity increase by 25%. Does it have any chance of success?
