On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being highest, how do you rate communications by DJI? No comments desired just a simple number entry. Thanks. If this thread doesn't get deleted I plan to use the data as part of a letter to DJI's CEO and COO. Posting this for someone else.

I'm not sure, someone posted the thread with the question but he couldn't create a poll as he was on a mobile device, he asked me to remake the thread for him, so i did.

I have a Mavic pro, I haven’t flown in a while, but sometime back ago, I had crashed or had a malfunction. I didn’t bother to phone DJI but I did go on this website, to support started the case, And they answered me back and forth pretty timely, I ended up sending the drone back and I got another one, which was fine with me. It worked perfect and the whole process with me shipping it to them and then sending it back here in the United States was about two weeks. I was definitely satisfied with that and anytime I emailed any question or concerned somebody emailed me back pretty promptly. Maybe some things have changed now but I was very satisfied with how they treated me. Sorry that it seems like a lot of folks are having such problems

I guess each person has their own experience, it will be interesting to see what the average result is.
