I have tried using several devices to activate my Mavic Mini, however, it appears my email address which ends in .media is not recognised. All my other DJI devices have been registered and associated with my account.

Just tried a few different scenarios and it appears that the DJI Fly App will not accept and TLD with more than 4 characters. Has anybody experienced this before?

I would imagine that if you are using the same email address that you used with your other DJI products, it should work for a mini as well. What message are you getting while trying to activate it?

Error - System Error

If I reduce the TLD .media to .medi I dont get an error

but .medi isn't the correct domain so it isn't going through. Have you tried opening a chat session with DJI to see what they say about that?
