I have had my drone and battery repaired by dji by a danish dealer

The drone is a Phantom 4 Pro + v.2 with s / n 11U****-0A3****

The problem was:

The Front left motor M2 makes noise
The yaw motor is not stable
The battery connector on battery is bad


Now I have got the drone and battery back from you where I can see that my drone has been replaced with a whole new drone with s / n 11U****-002**** where all stickers are sitting still as from new

The Danish dealer says that it is the same drone that just got new parts and new shield on ?? can it fit when it has another s / n number ???

The battery I sent with where there were problems with connector had been charged approx. 15 times where what I got back with the drone from you was charged about 30 times ??
Is it normal to replace defective batteries with used batteries ??
