Hi. Thank you for reaching out to DJI Forum. With regards to this inquiry. May I know what mobile device you are using please? In addition, you will need to change the settings inside your mobile device. It seems like upon installation the option to have the DJI Fly application to save the photos and videos was not enabled. I would recommend for you to contact the manufacturer of the mobile device to guide on how to enable this feature on your mobile device. Thank you. |
