Ordered Mavic mini on 1/19/20 waiting for a week with status saying waiting to ship. Talked to customer service by chat said it was scheduled to go out the 25th but has been delayed. The problem is not as much the wait but I've got to be at my sons wedding in Florida in about a week which is 1200 miles flight scheduled all planned out. I'm so afraid CJI will send this thing while I'm out of town with no one to receive it. They can't tell me when it will ship or anything else. I don't mind receiving it after I return home but they can't seem to answer me when it should go out. I'd tell them hold it till I get back if They could answer my simple question when is it scheduled to ship. This is sad to leave paying customers hanging out on a limb like that. DM |
