my drone phantom 3 pro records white videos, as soon as i go out inside a room instead it can be seen correctly as soon as i go out even a few meters it turns white, both in 4g and in wifi

You have me puzzled by that statement, the Phantom 3 Pro does not use 4G or WiFi ??? However it suggests that the camera is overexposed, try reducing the EV value using the exposure wheel on the RC controller.

     Geebax is right.  You have severe over exposure.  That happened to me when I first got my P3 Pro years ago.  I reset my camera settings to default and started over.  Never had the problem again.

     Of course, you can also try Geebax's suggestion with the exposure wheel on the RC controller.  That way you do not have to start over like I did.
