I have to send my P4A in for service.  I don't have the original packaging (box and foam).  Has anyone had any trouble sending there product in using some other means?  i.e. Waterproof, lockable hardcase, etc.

I'm still waiting for an answer from support.

To avoid any issues during transportation, no matter which case you are using, please make sure to pack your product  safely and securely before shipment.
