Part of the series I shot recently.

This is the Jupiter Inlet, also the Loxahatchee River.


I did the editing on this one on my iPad so it was a little easier to see. I do my best not to edit them much. I'm not a huge fan of retouching photos. Just tried to give it a little of the color that was actually there that day. (It was a beautiful day)

Great shot, have you noticed your horizon is a bit skewed ? Was it windy ?

Yeah, I was about 200' up for that shot and it was a bit windy up there. Good catch. I should have straightened it out before posting.

Just my 2 cents: over time my gimbal acquired a bit of tilt. Done the calibration over a table: perfectly straight again.

Nice view. That takes be back a lot of years when I was stationed there in the Coast Guard in the 70's. I used the recreational small base sailboat to go out the inlet (highly inadvisable;-) many times. The CG lighthouse is on the left just out of the photo. I see their dock in the left lower corner. I can also see how the inlet has been widened a lot since then. Thanks for the memory.
