I just read that Apple has purchased Dark Sky and will abandon Android.  Since UAV Forecast is based on Dark Sky I wonder what its fate for android will be?

The article says the API will continue to function until the end of next year, I'm sure by that time a solution will be found.

Hopefully they'll be ready to swap their sources when and if the API will eventually get shut down.

Meanwhile, I can suggest to always keep a secondary source as a backup. I usually check the weather both on UAV and a website.
