but they did not answer

I too have been waiting till since April, got fed up reading about their horrible tech support, many flyaway, gps problems. I solved it by buying a 3DR solo drone with spare battery from best buy less that $999. Got the go prom camera for less than $200. Am happy I cancelled. Good luck

Where did you get a gopro 4 for less than $200?
Do you have a gimbal and stablized video?

Based on reports from others, you haven't solved many problems........check out the Solo thread on RCG. A lot of the buyers are returning theirs.....

That was a go pro 3+ open box at my local  best buy. Camera works great. No regrets with the cam or the Solo. Flies like a dream when one knows what they’re doing.

I've been trying to keep an eye on the Solo also. What is RCG.

Be interesting to see how 3DR's warranty keeps up with high levels of returns!

I have cancelled my order over two days ago and if  I am to go on how bad their customer service is and how much they lied to me during the time I waited on shipping I am not going to hold my breath on how long it will take to get my money back. I have e-mailed the company over 5 times since I tried to buy a P3P. I have never had a response yet. I finally cancelled through the chat but now I can see that getting refunded could be the next task.

Do tell of this 3DR thing . Tahoe-ed, is DJI confident enough in their product to allow me to request video acquired by this 3DR thing?

Here goes.  Hey Droned shoot us some video please!!
The p1s have been retired . My p2 will be next . Even with all of the issues(Unsavory Business Practices) I had planned on sticking it out with this company in the hopes of creating and cultivating a long standing business relationship . Foiled again. This company is forcing me to change product.

I nor any other sane business man can justify the purchase of  a new product every two to three years or so .Aside from  being just plain stupid it is also a risk that I for one cannot umbrella.
Even if I were just playing with it buying another one would just be stupid .For a toy anyway.
Radio Shack sells $50.0 quads all day long that do not need firmware updates every time the sun sets . They are never obsolete or Retired.

is this the next best way to get a hold of a dji representative, because i need to cancel my order of the p3s so i can reorder the p3a.  i have email the onlinesales@dji.com and still no answer on what im supposed to do.  i  cant reorder yet as i need the money back into my account so i need a reply ASAP!!!! my order number is 001149952413.
