Hello, I have been using my DJi Mavic Platinium san sproblème for a year. Today I decide to check and update the drone with "Assistant"  Software downloaded on the official page of my model, no problem. Installation on a Mac but also on PC Wind 7 No problem.  My problem: Unable to detect my drone when I connect the Micro-USB cable. I tried another cable, ditto.  Is there a known solution or my drone to a manufacturing problem?  Thank you

J'utilise depuis un an mon DJi Mavic Platinium san sproblème.
Aujourd'hui je décide de vérifier et mettre à jour le drone avec "Assistant"

Logiciel telechargé sur la page officiel de mon model, pas de problème.
Installation sur un Mac mais aussi un PC Wind 7 Pas de problème.

Mon problème :
Impossible de faire détecter mon drone quand je branche le cable Micro-USB.
J'ai essayé un autre cable, idem.

Exist'il une solution connue ou mon drone à un problème de fabrication?
