Remote begins to charge forba while and  next stoo charging. Never charge full any more.

Hi, please try to refresh the firmware for the controller, you may connect the controller to the mobile device, long press the upper right three dashes for about 9 seconds to refresh the firmware.
If the controller is still not able to be fully charged, you may send the controller for service. You can contact the local dealer for assistance, orontact our support at http://www.dji.com/support to start a case.

Sorry what is the upper right three dashes? I’m not sure what button zero talking about. My controller will not charge. Two of the four charge lights are flashing oddly and the charge won’t increase.

I had the same issue , i solved it : tun ON tHE REMOTE and put it to chargue . with remote ON , wait for 3 rd light blink
when 3 rd light appears ,,, you can chargue it normally (Remote Off )
