Oh yes this happened to me when I sent my DJI Phantom 4 Pro Plus for repair as just a small plastic cover came off drone was perfect condition but I wanted it serviced. So I get the drone back looks brand new wait a couple days for all the parts to come to room temp make sure its fine check for updates. Go to the local pak go to around exact same what you were doing. But the entire power got cut off and dropped from the sky. So I spoke to DJI they arranged for me to send it back as I already paid 70$ for it the repair. They found out there were issues inside the drone fixed it all up sent it back. Drone was fine . Entire process took 4 months RIP. They will ask you for flight logs and lots of data just a lot of effort. When the drone should be "working" as they do tests in the center right ?.

Hope all is good bro and let me know what happens !

Looks like it was doing just what you told it to..  Left stick was held down till it hit the ground.

Whilst unfortunate enough (I haven't looked at the log) ... 2 meters high is hardly 'falling from the sky'.

Click bait?

I must have given the wrong log as I had the stick up when the motors just stopped it was climbing,
as for dm  2m not being in the sky but I don't think that was really worth saying, the point is the motors stopped while it was in the air not how technical up in the air is considered Sky I'm sorry I upset you precious
little ego system

Hi, Luke8826. I'm sorry to hear about the accident and sorry for the late reply. With regards to the issue, I would highly recommend to sent in the drone for diagnosis.  You can apply for data analysis if the drone is within the warranty period, we will provide the corresponding resolution based on the data analysis result. . Again I am sorry for the trouble and thank for your support.
