       This phantom has never been crashed. I can move camera up and down from ap or the knob. No picture camera section disable.I have done ims, calibrated and started every way possible with the sd card out and in. I have been using samsung sd. New brand to try on the way.
I have even trued a 2 nd remote.I have change cell and tablets and downloaded the ap over from paystation.Any suggestions tx.

Hi there, sorry to hear about the issue with your drone. Please check if the EV value has been adjusted to the lowest, you may try to increase the EV value to see if the issue persists or not. If the issue happened after the firmware update, you are recommended to re-update the firmware.
If the issue still persists after the troubleshooting, please contact our support team via http://www.dji.com/support to open a case and send it in for service, we'll do our best to help this out.

No change tried upgrade and downgrade. tried 4  sd card now. Not reading stuck as it is.

Do you have a shot of the app screen for further investigation of that thread yet? Do ya have a stable WIFI connection from the bird to the mobile via RC???

have identicacl issue, all possible try has been done. no way to get image on mobile, after 3 years working good suddenly the video is totally dead and the camera led is blinking green and off . please help !

May be it´s a link issue. Do you have a screenshot of the cam screen? Do you have any telemetry on display?
