Hey gang, I have a Phantom 4 standard. My gl300c controller stopped charging so I decided to pair it with a gl658c controller, I believe from an Inspire 1. So it paired with my P4 but when I went to start the motors for a test flight I was getting a message telling me 'incompatible firmware'.

The P4 is running firmware from 2016 (I think), x. Xxx. 602 and the gl658c was running 1.5. 70. So I updated the gl658c firmware to 1.7. 80 and it paired and worked with no error messages. I did all the calibrations and on the test flight it controlled my P4 perfectly.

But.. During the test flight I was getting black and green screen flashes that I never had before. I'm using an iPad Pro 9.7 as a display. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Can anyone tell me what gl658c firmware that is compatible with x. Xxx. 602 firmware? Thanks
