Can anyone explain why these options are ( CourseLock Hyperlapse, waypointmods hyperlapse, free ) not in this drone. Who are in this mavic 2 drone

The Mavic 2 is a more recent drone and has additional features that are not possible with the P4 pro.

In my opinion, like Labroides says, these are for the newer models, if they kept updating the software for the older models then the incentive to upgrade will be diminished, thats not what DJI is looking for, i think also they put a finite time on the life of a drone, granted, the P4P 2.0 is still being made but its old now in comparison, the last firmware upgrade that gave newer modes was a few years back now. Its like say Samsung phones for example, you get 1 or 2 (3max) major software upgrades and then thats it except for the security updates and even then, they stop and some stage.
