Dear Friends

I am quite a new user of mavic but I am enjoying it like never before now..
I have a small issue I cannot solve.. When I connect my smartphone Huwawei to the remote it tells what you want and gives 3 options. chage only, download photos, or download data.... whatever I press, the mobile starts to be charged by the remote using it like a battery and discharges my remote more quickly.
Secondly it downloads all the images from the drone as cache in my photos with photos of very low quality that are not recognisable.
Thirdly in the app DJI go4 when I go to editor or me I cannot find any of the clips that I took, and my friend that has an i phone tells me that his mobile downloads a low res copy every time...
Can you guide me please.
