Trying to backup flight records from the SC in case I loose my drone,I will have the records on my PC.
I read the quote from DJI ( For you to export the flight records on the DJI Smart Controller, connect the remote controller to your computer with a USB Type-C cable via this port from the remote controller. You will notice that the PC will detect the RC and there is a prompt message on the screen says "Transfer Files" after that find the folder that says DJI\dji.go.v4\FlightRecord.)
I do this but see nothing on the PC screen or SC screen to access the SC. ASome guidence in this would be greatly appreciated.


Side note: I'm able to do this with my mini, no problem w/ipad.
