I don't think DJI produces anything like that, but would it be possible to create a drone that returns a stereoscopic view of the landscape?

Of course only with the use of fpv glasses.

Yes, perhaps the problem is to coordinate the two cameras,  in addition to having sufficient transmission bandwidth.
