Hello,

Ive recently purchased DJI FPV System (air unit, goggles and remote). Im used to flying quadcopter where my YAW intup is reverse. example when i move my yaw stick to right, my quadcopter would turn left. But since ive got my FPV system and built my own quadcopet myself, my quadcopeter moves same direction to my stick move in remote.

IS there a way where i can reverse the direction of input in BETAFLIGHT or any other softwere to correct that.

I want my Yaw to move opposite direction from what ive told my stick in remote to do. ( Move Yaw stick to LEFT = quadcopter turning RIGHT, Move Yaw stick to RIGHT = quadcopter turning LEFT)

Please someone help. Ive been at this for 2 weeks and still no progress. Yes, I can learn to fly with YAW stick move same direction but I just feel more confortable with ofther setting.

Thanks

You could reverse your yaw inputs on a radio running OPEN-TX like the Taranis.  But I dont think you can do that on the DJI controller.  If you got a radio like this and ran a separate receiver you could do it.

But seriously, just re-learn it the correct way.

Hey Darshanp,

What do you see in Betaflight on the receiver page when you move your sticks?
normally:
Yaw Stick Left: 1000
Yaw Stick Right: 2000

Put this into the CLI in betaflight and then check if the Yaw goes in the right direction (well I guess wrong direction ).

You're welcome!

You usually have the yaw control the direction of the nose so it would have been in the typical setting before. I suspect you must have learnt with the yaw controlling the tail.

I learnt the same as you from my background in r/c helicopters and had some difficulties when I came to FPV quads.

I ended up re-teaching myself how to fly controlling the nose for FPV and helicopters. It is more natural that way when you're flying the FPV feed.

What did you do to use RxRange to change your movements to be opposite for the Yaw? I have to same problem as you I need them to be opposite.

If you are using betaflight. Go to your CLI and type this in.

rxrange 2 2000 1000
Save

This will change your direction of yaw to be opposing
