Hi, I can't unlock an area because it is not on the map for unlockinig, but when I fly it says the area needs to be unlocked.  The coordinates are: 41.308449     -73.119044.
How can unlock a place that isn't locked but says it is?

A place not on the map? Odd...

I tried to report it but that didn't work either.  I guess i can't fly there anymore even though it is just a lake.

The lake is in the Sikorsky Enhanced Warning Zone and Bridgeport/Stratford Class D Airspace Warning Zone. According to AirMap the airport doesn't support automated LAANC authorizations yet, that may be why you can't unlock the geozone.

Sikorsky Enhanced Warning Zone I can confirm flight with the Flyapp, but the Bridgeport/Stratford Class D Airspace I can not.  I wonder if a visit to that airport would make things go faster, since that is where I got my 107.  Anyhow, thanks for figuring it.
